Slitherine

I am playing with the updated version of Dave71's mod. The city which should be labled "Luxemburg(2)", shows up on the map as "City(2)". I cannot find an entry in the ww2_ City.eng file in the Data folder to correct this issue. Evidently there is no entry for what is supposed to be Luxemburg. There is obviously a city placed on the map, just incorrectly named. How do I name this city in the mod? What do the numbers in front of the city names mean? They do not seem to be the x and y coordinates on the map. It's a small issue to what is otherwise an excellent mod, but none-the-less very annoying. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
