Why would this happen and is it a problem or do I just need to wait, literally, 10 minutes?

Hello ive had that problem with both of my games this one and the Field of Glory one. But i still couldnt get in. Ive posted another problem with my game but no one has bothered to reply to our problems nowadays. It doesnt seem anyone at the site checks the tech forum now.
