Money well spent

Kudos to all that did the early access thing and in the process aided in the product evolution to today.
Just played the tutorial and really there is no new learning curve if you are not new to Battle Academy. I'm sure there is more under the hood I simply have not seen yet.
But my vote goes to this being money well spent (even if I didn't really have the money to spend rationally

). I'd rather eat less for the month to make up for my indulgence today

Besides it won't hurt my waist line.

Played my first Skirmish game, and I think I recall you having said somewhere Pip, and I would be inclined to agree, the Skirmish mode aspect likely will make the game a viable purchase all on it's own.
I played German 1941 and thought I might have a chance, but dang going up against a couple of KV2's was a shock

Played a small map and I barely won this one
But it is fun playing games where it isn't all about big cats and super soldiers.

Purchased my first BA-Title yesterday and would also agree, this is a quick and slick game game that is fun.
I like the fast game design w/out any unnecessary gimmicks, feel the designers did make an effort to show menues and possible troop action as easy as possible. So i can enjoy the action and dense atmosphere, instead of some software trying to replace good game design with confusing and unnecessary menue and/or micromanagement, nothin is more disturbing for me.
Resumee: The game is easy going but misses nothin what makes a good wargame, well done.
