Problems to share a campaign

L-o, i'm Dom a french player...
i've been working on a french Sp 1940 Campaign, which is already done, played and tested...
i wanted to share it with al players on this forum but i can't edit le lst file on my post.(Your post looks too spamy for a new user) i've tryed several different ways but impossible for me.
I'm not very use with forums protocoles and FAQ are sometimes hard for me, english isn't my natural lahguage.... Didn't found anything about that on the forum....
Did i miss something, do I need authorizations... Don't know...
