Problem:
Missions "Lunar Flyby" for "Lunar Landing Soyuz (Soyuz 7k-LOK)" program and "Circumlunar Soyuz (Soyuz 7K-L1)" program successfully finished. Either of those missions should award the manned lunar pass achievement, which is not the case.
Result:
Lunar Landing Soyuz (Soyuz 7k-LOK) program mission "Lunar Orbital Flight" shows
Reliability Penalization For Unachieved Goals: Yes (Manned Lunar Pass)
in info window. The same for LK-700 Lunar Orbital Flight mission.
