What's the deal with this? Although it misses a lot, forecast accuracy for the next day is always 80%...

It's coded that way, but it is still possible to get a 0% accuracy over 5 turns (only a 1 in 3000 chance - I think this is you)

For me I get the opposite, with in every 20 turns I get only seem to get 1 wrong.

For m e it seems like it always wants to rain on the first day.Otherwise my experience is the same as BNC.

I think sometimes it is scripted. At Moscow I get surprise mud at the same turn. Always.

Yes I think it is scripted especially at Vyazma.
