Game crashes while starting

I have instaled the game twice now and everytime i run it it loads everything then crashes
I have the DxDiag

Please update your graphics drivers, they are from 2009.

okay i kind of feel like an idiot right now but how do i do that?... and i don't know what a sticky post is
