Kinda of disappointing to download Civil War II and The Bloody Road South just to have the game "not responding" for every battle conducted.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with the game.
Could you please be more specific with your issue? Are you having crashes? Any error message?

Tutorial One.
Every Battle the program stalls. Click anywhere on the game map and a box opens "Program not responding. Close Program or Wait for program to respond" Sometimes the game resumes after five or 10 minutes. Last night I finally shut down after waiting an hour.

Steam version?
Could you please also post a DxDiag report file?
How to get a Directx Dialog file:
1. click on "START" (on Windows 8 Press "Windows Key" + "R" and go to 3)
2. click "run" (jump this step on Windows 8 )
3. type in "dxdiag" and click "OK"
4. check through the tabs and perform all tests
5. click "Save all Information..." and save the text file to a location of your choice
6. open the text file, copy the contents, and post along with your issue.
