Miscellaneous BA2 Questions

Questions:
1. Using Hunt significantly improves your chance to hit the enemy, does Fast move (the single green arrow) significantly decrease your chance of being hit, i.e. hurts the enemy's chance?
2. Does Dash prevent the enemy from reaction fire or only further decrease your chance of being hit?
3. I know the Tutorial Tooltip mentions ambush is a complicated calculation but is there any generalization that can be imparted as to when a unit will be detected? For example if a Scout is within two tiles of an enemy unit will it always detect it, even if that unit is in heavy cover? It seems to me there are situations when an enemy unit still won't be detected if it is in a forest firing even when within two tiles of a Scout. I'm just looking for some good rules of thumb.
4. What actually determines if a unit reaction fires or not? Units don't always seem to fire at max potential range so I figure there is some additional logic behind when it does.
5. How is morale damage determined? For example, a unit can fire once and do 6 morale damage, but then 40+ on the next attack. Mortars are even more varying - I've seen them do next to nothing and something crash enemy morale (without kills).
Suggestions:
1. Ability to select a visible allied unit or an enemy unit and see it's LOS/LOF
2. Ability to see enemy hit rates/stats by clicking on them and mousing over potential targets.
3. During the deploy phase, show the unit's LOS/LOF even through the "fog". That would help with positioning and making sure you have good fields of fire/sight.
4. Add an accuracy percentage for artillery bombard abilities.
