Hello:

Only have the BA manual to go on and I don't see anything in there about Wire.

1. Who/what can enter a wire hex?
2. Negative effects of being caught in a wire hex?
3. How does one destroy wire?

1) Only the tracked(*) units can enter into a wire hex. (*) tracked = tank.
2) No negative effect.
3) Just run over with a tank.
