We are finally able to release what we hope is the final EAP update. This version should be pretty close to final, ready for the release of the game on September 12th. Thank you to everyone who has participated in the EAP programme and reported bugs, or suggested features, during its time.

I downloaded the latest update for Battle Academy 2 early access and now the game won't start up.
I get BA2-EAP.exe Fatal Application exit
Unhandled exception.
What gives. I was really enjoying it. Any suggestions in fixing the problem.

Please post the contents of the error.log file in My Documents/My Games/BA2

where do you want errata and feedback to be posted?

I saw in scenario 1 of campaign 3 (can't recall the name) where the player is Russians defending outskirts of town, the first accomplishment does not function 100% correctly; The German AI captured the Factory flag for several turns before I could take it back, but at the end it awarded me the accomplishment of never losing any VP.

I'm sorry - its actually campaign 2 scenario 1 - counteroffensive.

Also in scenario 2, defending Moscow, one of my T34 showed up and was the blue-green vehicle of a T34, indicating no graphic file for it, while the other 3-4 tanks of the same kind displayed OK. strange.

This morning start the game. Get notification of new update. Go to update page as directed but the patch is for 0.2.0, which I already have applied. Attempt to start the game again and pop up tells me a newer version is available and have to apply it. I go ahead and reload 0.2.0 but still can get in the game. Is this a glitch or is there a new update that hasn't made it to BA2's update page yet?

I am also getting the prompt to download the new update 0.2.0. I installed it but the prompt keeps coming up. Can't get into MP but can get into a saved game, can start a new campaign and create a skirmish battle. Just appears that MP is messed up.

I think someone has perhaps jumped the gun very slightly, but there should be a new versions available very shortly.

Thanks Pip. For those of us that participated in the pilot program should we hold off? I ask because I received an e-mail thanking me for participating and saying "In order to get your version 1.0 installer, please download it from the following link: http://www.slitherine.com/files/BATSR100.zip"

Not sure if I should wait and wait for an update or download the zip file and go that route?

You should download the file BATSR100.zip file and install it.

That's the game final release. You should uninstall the early access version and install this one.
