Bug - Apollo Unmanned Sub-Orbital Sunk on Recovery

Hi Guys,
My Apollo Capsule performed almost flawlessly throughout it's Sub-orbital flight and re-entry, only to
Catastrophically Fail on the Recovery Step (LAST STEP!) - it SUNK! I was then absolutely HAMMERED
with R&D going down 16%!
No. No. No. No. No! Maybe ONE % not 16%! That is just rubbish! AND it was a MISSION FAIL!
No. This SHOULD have been a Mission Success with a Recovery Mishap. Yes I should have lost SOME
Prestige but Seriously?
This is WAY too harsh a result and does not reflect Reality in any way.
A R&D drop of 16% is what I would expect if someone died, not the recovery helicopter accidentally
dropped it overboard of the Carrier.
OK I might be venting a bit, but wow, that is just TOO harsh a result.
Cheers!
