Thought I read something from Pip (?) where buildings would still be mostly treated as single level but multistory buildings would get some LOS advantage.\

Is there anything like that in BA2?

I don't think that we have implemented anything along those lines. That said, if we were doing a very heavily urban campaign (not sure if I can think of one on the Eastern Front...) then we would probably implement some specific mechanics for that.
