Unit reinforcement mod?

Hello
I was wondering if there is a mod that will prevent the AI from making units magically appear out of thin air around a objective. It is really annoying that I have to adapt my tactics silly game dynamics. Currently playing the GC 39 and the Polish ability to spawn units is really starting to annoy me. I don't don't mind them reinforcing in the field but I don't like BS unit spawns. Any help fixing this would be great. Thank you.
