I'm planning on rebuilding my PC soon and was wondering how difficult it will be to re-install BA on what is effectively a brand new computer. Will I need to make a note of any/all serial numbers or do you have any instructions for this anywhere?

If you have played MP (or registered your serials) you can see them all in your My Page accessible via the main site page (top left of here). You will indeed need all your serials to reinstall.

Thanks Pip - I've tried registering BA plus my expansions via the Serial Number Registration page but each time it throws "Error 48: Serial Number Already Registered" - not surprising as I already own BA plus all the expansions.

All I want to do is get another image from you and re-install. What am I doing wrong?
