Feature Req: Change Options in Mid Game/Campaign

I'd like to be able to change the settings for difficult, weather, supply, etc. midway through a game, or at least midway through a campaign.
Examples of why:
- Started a campaign but finding it too easy - would like to bump up the difficulty.
- Stuck on a battle or not enjoying a battle and want to move through it more easily.
- Turned off weather/supply and realized game is better with them.
- Turn on weather/supply and realized they add a level of hassle I don't want to deal with.
Etc. BTW, weather seems to apply for planes even if you turn it off.
I play on iPad, so that's where I'm requesting this feature.
