I've only the new pc version, at a first glance it's a great game for tablets but now it needs some specific features for pc gaming:

1- need the resolution 1680x1050
2- modding modding modding ... how we can change graphics and other stuffs ?
3- Ingame option to disable music without going to the main menu
4- Sometimes the popup which display the unit characteristics goes off-monitor

I completely agree, but it's not gonna happen. At least not for $10 anyway.

Hello there,
1. There is the option to set the resolution to Native resolution (this will switch to your native monitor resolution).
2. For this game we don't plan to add modding options. With this version of Frontline we wanted to go with a "casual wargame" approach. Modding just wasn't suited for it.
3. I've added this request in our ticketing system.
4. We're aware of this issue. We'll try to fix it in a future update.

I wouldn't say this is a "Great" game; but, it certainly has GREAT potential. Mature this game ala PG/OoB and you could have the best ever. As a minimum, you need to start and improve on a core OoB and fight historically accurate OPFORs on realistic terrain.
