hello.. great game by the way but just upgraded my BT broadband home hub from 4 to 5 today. Not very tech savvy but the new home hub and all wireless devices work ok. Double clicked my battle academy on desktop to play as normal and repeatedly get the following message;
BA.exe Fatal Application Exit xxd unhandled exception! Expcode 0xcoooooo5 excfljs0 Expadress 0x77c532b0 please report
As I said not very tech savvy so need some very basic information to get me back into the game. please advise thanks Ed

Can you please post the contents of the error.log file found in My Documents/My Games/BBCBA.
Does your internet connection from the computer work correctly?
Cheers
Pip

The error log (and the other games not working) make it look like a general problem with the drivers for your internet connect. Could it be the system now thinks it has 2 internet cards/connections on it and is defaulting to the wrong one?
Cheers
Pip

hey pip.. don't worry about it. It is now working. Guys from Symantec got it sorted, apparently some of my drivers were ancient. thnx
