Lovely game - a real little gem. My first game was as Entente vs normal AI CP. Got an Ultimate victory on turn 71. Now trying out CP and it's a whole diffrent story...

The high upkeep cost totally cripple Germany and puzzle me, its late 1915 and Austria pay 6 per turn for upkeep while Germany pays 45(!). Austria has almost as many troops as Germany. How come Germany pay more than seven times the cost compared to Aus when thay have almost as many troops?

Navy?

A few ships (starting fleet plus 2 subs) they cost 14PP in upkeep - does not explain the gross difference in total upkeep. Am I bugged?

There is a free Upkeep of 70 in the game, so the total Upkeep of Germany is 70 + 45 = 115, of Austria it is 70 + 6 = 76.
Troops in training (Production Queue) also cost full Upkeep.
