Can't login into multiplayer

Hello,
I've just bought Commander - The Great War und would like to play a multiplayer game which has already been arranged.
For this purpose, I've registered the Serial of the game with my Slitherine account "Mad Mike", as requested.
When I now press "Multiplayer" in the game, the Serial check runs and then presents a window where I can type in my password for the account. Unfortunately, it does not show the correct account name ("Mad Mike"), but only "Mad". When I enter my password and click login, it will check the information and proceed to tell me that my login is incorrect. I can't see any way to manually change the account name in this dialogue and the game does not seem to handle account names which contain spaces correctly (it should since Slitherine allows account names with spaces).
Is there any way to resolve this issue? Worst case I would also accept unregistering the game from my current account so that I can re-register it for an account which does not have spaces in its name.
Cheers,
Mike
