iPad - AI turn never finishes

Turn 34, playing as Entente. Tried to complete this turn six times now, including letting it run for a solid 90 minutes and still no joy.
Savefile and log included.

Thanks, it is an at random AI loop bug, we are looking into this and find and provide a fix asap.

Just wanted to let you know the 1.5.2 patch fixed this, was able to finish the turn and finish the game. Cheers.
