I had an email from you about replaying my multiplayer games. Its because the last few days my computer keeps crashing with anything connected to the internet. Im trying to workout if its the video card overheating or recently because i couldnt watch the trailers on the steam site i went along and installed the Flashplayer Plugin for other browsers so i can watch the trailers which worked. But since then my computer crashed more i dont know if its a coincidence. I have removed the flashplayer plugin for other browsers to see what happens. If it still crashes i will have to use my laptop for online gaming as its more stable sorry about the problems.

Yes im working on it at the moment going back a few days before i had these problems. I read on the net that sometimes weak viruses can affect the computer setup as well even if the antivirus system stopped it. Dont know how true that is? Thanks anyway i hopee it isnt the video card becoming faulty will have to try and get a new one later.

Indeed, virus and malware can affect Windows ability to connect to the Internet.
Try downloading, from a different computer, the free version of Malwarebytes and check if it detects anything in y,iour system.

Hello yes last night it was terrible couldnt play the PK game for long or watch anything from Netflix either without it crashing every five minutes. I tried Spyware couldnt find anything. Whats the best way of scanning normally from desktop or in safe mode? It seems alright so far since ive done the system restore. I will try your method next time thanks.

Depending on the virus/malware, some can only be removed in Safe Mode. But if you scan normal mode, and the scanner don't find anything special, then you should be OK.
