Would anybody be interested in buying a double room at the IBIS for Friday and Saturday night off us?
We paid £168 for both nights for a no-refund deal, although would consider whatever offers people made.
Better breakfast than the Days Hotel, apparently!

I was going to bring my wife to Manchester this year (not to play soldiers though), but I'm afraid a relative has gone and decided to get married that weekend, meaning I'm unable to make Britcon this year.

Reminds me of a joke:

A guy is getting married, and as his wife to be is walking down the aisle she notices his box of wargame figures at his feet. When she gets to stand beside him she whispers "What are they doing here?" to which he replied "Well, this isn't going to take all day is it?"
