Movement in the Impact phase

Quick question that came up during our game last night.

We had a BG of knights charge without orders through a BG of LF. The LF were quite close to the enemy and had to be moved back to make room for the knights who were 2 ranks deep.

Can the LF move in the maneouvre phase?

p.15 (in my rules):
The Manoeuvre Phase: The active player moves any of his troops that did not move in the impact phase. Troops who are undrilled will often find it harder to change direction or formation than drilled troops.

p.34 (in my rules):
Battle groups cannot be moved in the manoeuvre phase if they are broken, already in close combat or charged in the impact phase.

Yes. It's not considered a 'move' more a displacement.
They're not broken, not in melee, and didn't charge - so can make any normal move they wish.

And didn't evade.
