Steam Version lacks PandoraUpdater

PandoraUpdater is required to test beta-versions of patches.
I'd like to be able to do that too!
So I feel I'm quite at a disadvantage.
Please add the PandoraUpdater-File to the steam version aswell!
Otherwise it feels kinda incomplete and I think it is not really fair to treat people worse just because they did not buy the game from your store.
