Hi I had to take my pc into the shop and got a new hard drive now I am a total novice but any program I run has 32 at the end of it in my task manager so I think the new one is a 32 bit one anyway since I got it back the game will not run at all I install from the disk and get this error

commander europe at war error while unpacking program code 2

does anyone have a fix I operating system is vista
