OK...I've searched around the site and have seen many people referring to "soft cap" vs. non soft cap prestige issues.
I sort of understand the general idea, but am not positive which is best to play with?

I always seem to run short of prestige as I upgrade and over strength units...
What is the true difference between using 1.14 rules and 1.20 rules?

Any extra info would be great!
