I'm having difficulty registering my already existing AGEOD key for CW2 on the website so I can get my Steam key. The Slitherine site is asking for a 16 digit numeric key while the key I got from AGEOD is a 24 character alphanumeric key. What can I do to register the game here properly so I can do the Steam conversion?

Please ignore the warning for the 16 digit code and insert your 24 digit one.
The great majority of our games have a 16 digit code, that's the reason why the message states it.

Thank you. It seems to be working now. Now I only have to see how I can get the keys for AGEOD games I bought on GamersGate to work (like PON). :}

I think that a great many people who go through this would find it easier if the message said to just enter the key, without need for the "16-digit" part. It would save everyone the time of going on these forums and writing a message for the umpteenth time, and then waiting up to 24hrs (or more if people are slow) for a response.
