Most certainly. I have already used it in a tournament in 25/28mm (and won).

No pressure to keep up the army's winning ways then ?

Looks like a good army to me. Good close combat infantry, light foot, elephants and lancers.

What appeals to me is the chance to have an army commanded by Sid James with Amanda Barrie as his love interest. All the time having the ghost of Kenneth WIlliams in the background intoning the immortal words, " Infamy, infamy, they all have it infamy ! "
Hard to beat for a fun army.

What figures did you use for Cleapatra army in 28mm?
Also since I am more of a EIR guy did the Romans use Gauls, Createns and the like for Auxillia?
Ever since seeing Liz Taylor as Cleapatra I have wanted to do that army.

There's not a great deal of info about the composition of the army that Caesar fought in Alexandria; he was very dismissive about it, but it certainly gave him plenty of trouble!I'll be interested to see the list.

Sadly, mine consisted of old Minifigs painted up circa 1975.

There's nothing wrong with the retro-look
