windows hanging game

Keep getting a white screen with message WITE application has stopped working. Seems to happen at random times either 5minutes or 5 hours into the game.
Window update is up to date so that covers DX.
Device drivers are all good.
No other computer issues just WITE, I am running win7. 32G RAM with an intel i5 64bit system.
Have just reinstall WITE to see what happens.
Slitherine has just sent me the warning about reloads but not much I can do whilst the game keeps hanging, my opponent knows about the issue.
