Shop says RtM available on Android but not when you hit the buy button???

The Android version is still in beta, if you check the Android part of its shop page, you can see this (and apply for the beta test, If you wish):

The shop page and product info pages both list the game for sale for Android.

I think you are looking at the game on another format? The release date is still TBD on Android.
