Error# 466; Steam Key already assigned

On http://www.slitherine.com/my_page/steam_serials, I get "Error# 466; Steam Key already assigned" when I click Redeem Key to try to get a Steam Key for Pandora. I'm glad a key is assigned, but how do I see what it is so I can actually use it?

I also refreshed the page just to make sure "Redeem Key" didn't get replaced with the actual key or something. No luck, still a "Redeem Key" button that generates the same error.

If anyone knows how the process works and where to find the key, please let me know. Thank you for taking the time to read, and for any help you may be able to provide.

It is fixed now. The button got reset to "Register Serial" for an unknown reason, and things worked properly after re-registering the serial.
