Unable to Start Game

Sorta has tried to start 2 games with me (full campaign) and I have been unable to press play after accepting, simply says (currently not your turn) or server connection error. Neither of us can resign from those games either.
I then tried to set up the same game but got the same error.
We now have 3 dysfunctional games and can't play.
We would really welcome some help so we can get started.
