Never mind, issue solve.

Saw your other post - glad it got sorted. If you have problems try logging out and in again.

I see my registered games on "slitherine /my_page/steam_serials".
There is only a button "Register serial" - if i try register my serial again it says: already in use (logically)
There is no button to get a steam key.
I merged my Matrix-/ Slitherine- accounts before.
Pls help i would like to see my Qvadriga in steam...

I'm sorry but you can't. You can only retrieve Steam keys if you buy the PC version.

Redeeming the Steam key doesn't work at all. When I follow the link all I get is a blank page with a link to purchase Qvadriga on the left, that's it. It is also taking ages to even load the page - I tried over on Matrix games but there is no such option as to get a Steam key at all...

Yep, I did that actually and it worked with IE (I normally use chrome >_<). Didn't get to reply sooner unfortunately or this matter would have been resolved already - at any rate, thanks for the reply and ofc, thanks for providing Steam keys so quickly!

Faithful to our habits, we are also going to offer a free Steam key to anyone who has a copy of the game, wherever they bought it from, once the game is available on this digital platform!

Sorry there was a misunderstanding but we have never given out Steam keys to Android or iOS customers and we didn't think it was necessary to specify that. We'll try to remember to add that in future. Steam is a PC platform and we're taking about the PC game. Giving away games on other platforms isn't something we can do for various reasons. There are legal restrictions as its seen as tampering with the sales charts and it wouldn't make sense commercially either.
