Open "Flight controller center: Manage Personel" (you need 5 controllers or more)
scroll down
click on "view assigments" or "advanced training"
click cancel (or done)

scrollbar resets to initial position and you need to scroll again

In my opinion personel navigation is very bad.

look at
my suggestion:
fast navigation buttons
"<<",">>" previous, next person file
"|<",">|" previous, next personel group

too many personel then GROUP them
this interface needs grouping ("assign to group" button and interface)
most helpful example of groups : specialization
P, T&GNC, SS, C&P, MO, auxiliary

but you should be more ambitious - Give us posibility to create own groups, think about fast navigation.
