IPad crashes

This seems now to crash quite regularly - i.e. stops while running then disappears and on restart asks if to continue from the last saved game
Looking at the Diagnostics and usage it is always Thread 6, EXC_BAD_ACCESS, KERN_INVALID_ADDRESS at 0x4f010e71 or 0xf8c247fd or 0x462063e7 or 0x001a11bf or 0x447ec383 etc
IOS 7.1.1 IPad 3.3
There is loads of other diagnostic stuff if you are interested
It did not seem to be so bad on IOS 6
