Slitherine

I am having trouble downloading the game when it is my turn. The screen reads "failed to connect - check internet connection. I download again and normally it will load. However I am receiving email warnings from Slitherine requesting I go online to the forum to sort this out which is why I am here now.

What kind of connection to the internet do you use?
