I installed the 0.1.6 patch and the game worked OK for several days. I played a number of moves multi-player and also the first 3 scenarios from the opening campaign. I then attempted to play scenario 4 from the Bagration campaign and the screen froze.

When I restarted, I could move the arrow cursor on the opening screen for only a few seconds before the program would hang. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, but the problem persists. Any suggestions?

That sounds more like a hardware issue to me - especially if the game ran fine initially. Playing a scenario shouldn't do anything to the setup of the game.

Try deleting the entire My Documents/My Games/BA2 folder from your machine - I guess it is possible that something got corrupted, though it seems unlikely to cause the kind of total game failure that you are seeing!
