Hey ..

first of all if this post is placed wrong please move it to the apropriate section as i seem unable to find the tech support section.

My Issue

I managed to finally get an account (2nd one)on this site for the single purpose of registering Distant World Universe for a steam key ...

seem unified login works but not your basic system on the webpage itself

In difference to the first login it actually logs in .. but when i try to register the key it gives me an wrong password error.

reset password seems not to work yet and the fabled supportmail keeps silent (besides the one ticket i received yesterday)

I understand this is a transition process but its ridiculous.

Is there a way to help myself with this or do i have to wait after the holidays to have it sorted out?

a not so happy Matrix Games fan ...

well issue sorted out by support now .. case closed for now .. but a whipping for the responsible person would be appropriate
