I have received an email notification that a turn is waiting, but when I log into BA there is no turn waiting for me. This has only just started happening to me.

This has happened a few times now.

Is it possible that they are just delayed and you have already grabbed and taken the turn?

I think what has happened is that there has been an issue with our email server and some of the earlier turn notifications were initially bounced, and then eventually made it to me out of sequence.
