Length of a (PBEM) turn

How long would you estimate a turn takes to do in CEAW... if convenient please estimate time early war versus late war (when many countries and units involved). I am trying to see if I can afford the time investment

depends entirely on you - early game its 10 mins, late game its 20-30 but thats for the fast players, some people take twice that and more
