Hi,
I now that I've seen a thread someone on difficulty levels. It did not give me a definitive answer though so could someone tell me the difference between the Panzer Corps Difficulty Levels please?

Check this thread. It's aimed more at the custom difficulty settings but it lists as well exactly which are used for which preset difficulty setting.
