[BUG] name label / status label

When hiring employees, in the list of candidates we see "Name Label" where their name should be, and "Status Label" where their assignment etc would normally be if they weren't candidates.
Their names appear in the news in the next season as "The following employees were hired: John Smith" etc, and they appear normally in the list of employees after that.
