Sorry to hear you are having issues with the game.

This is a memory intensive game, if the game doesn't load on lower-end devices such as iPad 2, iPad Mini first gen, iPhone 4 please restart the device.

Meanwhile I will contact our web developers and ask them to fix the issue with the tech support forum.

I apologize for all the inconveniences.

Also running iOS 5.1.1 on original iPad. Cover Art loads and then app crashes. Panzer Corps is on same machine and runs fine. Have done multiple restarts to no avail.

I've restarted the iPad and get the same crash. I am addicted to Battle Academy and play it all the time on this iPad.

It also crashes on the iPod touch before it even gets out of the title screen. Won't work after restart either.

Hi guys

sorry you are having problems. Can anyone with issues please post their iOS version and their hardware version. It looks like there are some issues with version detecting as I don't think the game is intended to work on iPad 1 or iPhone 3GS but I need to confirm with the dev team. This should be shown on the games page and in the app store and prevent you from attempting to buy on these devices. They are flying to the UK today so I'll get them ASAP and investigate and we'll get you some info.

Iain
