I down loaded Legion Gold sometime ago but then lost it when I had to redo the HD and I was wondering if I can download this again without paying, or will I have to pay for the download again.

I got my son to purchase and download Legion Gold onto his machine, but as he won't let me on it we made a disc of the download so that I could play it on my daughter's machine. Alas it didn't work. Money down the stank as he has as I have F-disced both machines since. I never did get to play Gold.

You can look up your order on
www.findmyorder.com and should be ble to get everything you need there.

Iainmcneil,
I didn't expect a response so thank you. Question! If my lad gets a download again, is it possible to put it onto disc so that the transfer to my machine can happen?

Yes, we recommened you always backup the files you download so you can save them for later. The serial number is only valid for one installation, but you can move that to a new machine if you uninstall teh game on the first machine.

Iain,
The site people tell me that they cannot find our purchase and since it is no longer on Jonathan's machine we cannot verify that. That said I do still have the download on a memory stick that I only the other day on receipt of your email put onto my daughter's machine to get the number requested, 1BAD - 804F.
Having given them this information it appears they still cannot find our original order which would be in the name of Jonathan McHarg, email
jmcharj11@hotmail.co.uk. paid by Visa. So it seems our good work is to no avail but thanks anyway. Just have to regard it as a lost cause.

When was your order placed? It may be so old it was before we started using Digital River and it might be in Softwrap.

Iain,
All has been resolved and a game is in the position of being active and saved for the moment. I would like to say many thanks for your input. Not many are like you. By the way I hope the youngster is doing well.
Once again many thanks,
Yours,
Ross McHarg.
