Play in windowed mode ?

Hello
I play FOg since a few days and I would like to know if it's possible to play on windowed mode ? I don't find the option

yes. when playing a game, press the ~ key (on the left of 1). then type in the field: full-screen 1. to return to normal mode type full-screen 0

Maybe because I have a french keyboard ?

I think that on French Keyboard it's "ALT GR" + "7".
It's "`" character that will call the type-in console.
