I cant up load my finished turn to the server. Why and what happens it i discard this turn?

Does it still not work if you keep retrying? If you really cannot upload and need to cancel then the system will track it, but it is designed to be fault tolerant of the odd crash etc.

How do you upload screen shots from a iPad onto the forum ?

You can take iPad screenshots like this

though I just let Dropbox upload the image for me, but there are many ways to get it off your iPad.

I guess the real question is - what do you want to show us an image OF
