Slitherine

Hi, I've recently purchased the game. On the main forum, I noticed that v0.7.17 is available for download from matrix games beta ftp site. How do we access the ftp site? I used my Slitherine user name and pw to access the ftp server in Filezilla as suggested, but access was rejected.
