Confirmation on Colonial Spanish

Hi Guys,
Cities of Gold - I'm pretty sure I'm right here. In the Regular Spanish Infantry Sword and Bucklermen you have the option of MF or HF. You can mix that up can't you? Nothing in the troop descriptions says you can't.
