Maybe I'm blind, but where does it state what turn we are on? And, is there anyway to see what version of the game we have installed?

Some missions have turn counters, but some do not. It varies by the script.

The game version shows on startup, top left. Current is 2.6.0

So if the objectives say do a mission in 12 turns or such there is no way to tell how far along we are? Ok, you say it depends on the script If there is a time limit where would it show on the screen if it does?

Status of primary objectives and achievements is given in the mission info text near the top left. This can be toggled with the 'i' button.
